Section mill is of rugged and simple design. One set of cutters, tungsten carbide inserts arms, work together to minimize wear and maximize efficient cutting. Consistent with the complete tool design, arm removal and replacement are uncomplicated. Cutters can be redressed after use to reduce operational costs.
An important feature is the Flotel Assembly which, when the arms are fully extended, will reflect a drop in pump pressure; the operator then adds weight to continue milling the section from the casing.

Optional jetting nozzles may be added to the Top Sub; these nozzles assist the removal of mill cuttings from the cutting face resulting in greater efficiency. Any requirement for jetting nozzles must be stated on order.
Piston nozzle and jetted sub nozzle can be exchanged with other sizes nozzles to set up the tools for different pump rates.

Hydraulic pipe cutters are designed to be robust, reliable, and easy to operate while gigivinghe the operator maximum control over the operation.
The cutter is hydraulically actuated through an arrangement consisting of piston and flotel assemblies. A drop of pressure created when the cutting knives have reached a pre-set diameter advises the operator that the casing has to be through.
Various cutter lengths are available depending on the diameter of the casing sing to be cut. Hydraulic pressure is used to activate the three- tungsten carbide-dressing gutters. Single and multiple strings of casing are easy to cut.

Straight pull Releasable Packer Retrieve tool featuring a repeatable straight pull release for pulling out of a stuck packer. Designed to safely recover the production packers without slick bore tailpipe assemblies, the packer retriever is configured so that the grapple can be positioned below the bottom of the packer before beginning to mill the packer using a mill head or wash over shoe. This ensures that the grapple will catch the packer if it drops on completion of the milling operation.

The heavy-duty casing spears are robust and adaptable tools that can be dressed to recover a variety of casing sizes. Recovery is accomplished through tried-and-tested grapple mechanisms that achieve a positive grip on the ID before pulling out of the hole.
Heavy duty casing spear use and easy to operate, ¼ turn to right or left put the spear in catch and release position.
Should the spear need to be backed off from the fish at any point, lower the string +/- 1 FT, rotate the string ¼, turn to the right,t, and POOH the spear.

Single Trip Retrieval System comprises a rotatable spear used together with a Hydraulic Casing Cutter, which has been designed for use both offshore and onshore to affect the speedy removal of Multi-String Casings in one trip.

Spear stop sub. They were designed to run in combination with BOWEN ITCO spears. The spear can be easily released by shearing the pins with downforce. Shear pins can be pre-set between 10 – 50 KLBS allowing the fishing jar to be re-cocked during jarring operation.

Integrally bladed junk mill. An efficient milling action allows the rapid removal: of packers, tubing, liner hangers Etc.
The blades of the mill feature sintered tungsten carbide inserts backed up by tungsten carbide. If a sintered tungsten carbide insert becomes damaged, the TC provides an authoritarian backup cutting structure until the insert regains its cutting ability.

Skirted mills are the consummate tools for milling plugged or ruptured tubular junk. The tool is dimensioned so that the skirt passes over the mis-shape pipe and over the fish, thus protecting the casing and ensuring that the junk mill keeps in contact with the top of the fish. The modular design of the 3-piece mill allows the replacement of individual parts instead of totally discarding the tool.
There are two options on the skirt, flat bottom and wavy bottom. Both the junk mill and skirt are dressed with tungsten carbide.

TAPER TAP / DIE COLLAR
Die Collars and Taper Taps are either one-piece or simple assembly fishing tools. The absence of moving parts makes these tools among the most trouble-free, easily operated fishing tools, providing years of useful life.
Each size is carefully designed to have ample strength for its catch range and has a slow taper to ensure the deep, case-hardened wickers obtain maximum contact area with the fish. Both Die Collars and Taper Taps are precision machined from heat-treated alloy steel. The buttress form wickers have ample material for machining and may be supplied Left or Right Hand. Fluted wickers are standard, but non-fluted wickers can be supplied on request. Removable guides, nominal or oversized, are provided in the cut-lipped style.
